What we do
Our purpose is to support mid-to-senior-level women through two key pillars: personal and professional development. Under the personal development pillar, we focus on financial independence through investing and securing financial futures, sports-based networking events, and building on essential skills such as negotiation, leadership, and public speaking. Under the professional development pillar, we cover career enhancement sessions on topics including artificial intelligence, macroeconomics, fundraising, portfolio management, and impact & ESG topics. These two pillars are incorporated into our event series, where we welcome our members to join us for informative sessions. While our focus is on championing women, men are welcome to attend our social events and conference side events, which we host a few times a year. We are proud to work with male executives who continue to support us through sponsorship opportunities.
Personal Development
We believe that professional success is built on a strong personal foundation. Our personal development programmes cover executive leadership, personal finance, negotiation skills, public speaking, and confidence-building, often through unconventional formats like sports-based networking amongst other themes. These sessions are designed to equip women with the tools to advocate for themselves, both in and outside the workplace.
Professional Development
From macroeconomics, geo-politics to AI, private markets, fundraising, portfolio management, equities, crypto, impact and ESG investing and more, our professional development content keeps our members at the forefront of industry thinking. Through panels, masterclasses, and expert-led sessions, we create opportunities to learn directly from leading practitioners and to sharpen the technical expertise that drives career progression.
Women in Family Offices
A dedicated strand of our community focused on the unique dynamics of family office investing, connecting principals, advisers, and allocators for candid conversations on capital, legacy, and long-term stewardship.
Roundtable Series
Our roundtable series brings together women in specific job functions, from CFOs to fund managers to allocators, for candid, closed-door discussions with peers who understand the particular challenges of their role. These smaller, focused sessions allow for a depth of conversation that larger events cannot always provide, tackling the issues most relevant to each professional community.
Social and Side Events
Not every valuable connection is made in a boardroom. Our social calendar, from summer polo to dinners and informal gatherings, creates the relaxed, personal settings where genuine relationships are built. These events complement our events and educational sessions and are often where the strongest community bonds are made. We also host side events alongside major alternatives conferences around the world, including SuperReturn and many others.
